How do you continue agent work away from your desk?

Your coding agent is still working, but you need to leave your desk. Do you connect from your phone, wait until you return, or decide that doing anything on a small screen is more trouble than it is worth?

We want to understand a real task

We are inviting developers to share a specific occasion: why you needed remote access, how you handled it before, where Tactic Remote helped or got in the way, and which tool you chose afterward.

You do not need to prefer Tactic Remote. People using another remote tool, people who tried our app and left, and people exploring remote agent work for the first time can all apply. Being unable to complete setup is useful feedback too.

Try it first, then share your experience

Accepted, eligible participants receive one month of Pro. After roughly 7–14 days of trying it in their own workflow, they can complete a 5–8 minute survey or join a 20 minute interview. Only one is required.

After feedback based on an actual attempt, participants receive three additional months of Pro, redeemable after the first month ends. Neither reward automatically renews; you do not need to cancel to avoid a renewal charge.

Critical feedback, setup failures, and choosing to stay with another tool all qualify. No positive review, public endorsement, or social post is required.

Who can apply?

Developers using agents such as Claude Code or Codex, with an iPhone or iPad and a computer they can connect to, are welcome to apply. The initial free-access rewards are for new or lapsed users without active Pro access.

Existing subscribers and lifetime customers can also express interest in research. This first offer does not promise to extend their existing purchase, and we do not ask them to cancel it.

The application asks for a few details about your devices, current tools, and contact email. We will review applications and contact selected participants. Applying does not start a subscription or add you to marketing emails.
