Today we introduced a Windows client preview to expand Tactic Remote from Apple-first usage into cross-platform team workflows.

What we shipped

  • A Windows desktop client foundation built with Electron.
  • PTY integration using node-pty for terminal-grade interaction.
  • Shared workflow direction so iPhone, macOS, and Windows users can follow one operating model.

Why this matters

Many teams run mixed environments. Requiring a single desktop OS creates adoption friction, slows rollouts, and fragments support playbooks.

This preview moves us toward platform parity while preserving the core product promise: secure remote Claude Code workflows that remain understandable on mobile.
