A few things to know.
Will the free access renew automatically?
Neither research reward automatically renews. No cancellation is needed to avoid a renewal charge. Review the terms shown by Apple when redeeming your offer.
Do I have to like Tactic Remote?
No. Critical feedback, setup failures and deciding to stay with another tool all qualify. We ask for an honest account of an actual attempt, not a positive review or public recommendation.
Do I need to do both the survey and the interview?
No. Choose a 5–8 minute questionnaire or an approximately 20 minute interview. We will contact you after you have had a chance to try the app.
When do I receive the additional three months?
After you complete feedback, we confirm your reward eligibility. The additional three-month code is provided for redemption after the first month ends.
What if I already pay for Pro?
You can still express interest in research, but this first free-access reward is for people without active Pro. It does not extend an existing subscription or lifetime purchase. Please keep your current plan.
Does applying guarantee a place?
No. We review applications for a mix of devices, tools and workflows. Accepted participants receive their redemption instructions by email.
